1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the e2det platform — including its website, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional pages, and payment services — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and e2det ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the e2det platform. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific policy document.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to e2det is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are 21 years of age or older. e2det enforces a strict 21+ age requirement for all registered accounts. Players aged under 21 are prohibited from registering or playing on e2det under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party).
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by e2det for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online casino or sports betting services is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not employed by e2det, nor are you an immediate family member of an e2det employee, in a capacity that would give you access to non-public information about game outcomes or odds.

e2det reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. This may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on e2det. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. e2det employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, all accounts belonging to that individual may be permanently suspended and associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension. e2det will not be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of a player providing inaccurate registration details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. e2det will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must contact e2det support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

e2det operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with industry best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before making your first withdrawal, before a withdrawal above a specified threshold, or at any point at e2det's sole discretion. Accepted verification documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash account confirmation)

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the verification process is completed to e2det's satisfaction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

e2det currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Visa (debit and credit cards)
• Mastercard (debit and credit cards)

e2det reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to payment method availability via on-platform announcements.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on e2det is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the platform's banking page and may vary by payment method. e2det reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

e2det targets a withdrawal processing time of 1 to 3 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals following approval. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. e2det is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the same account, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. e2det reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual or that exceed standard thresholds.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on e2det are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard cards denominated in a foreign currency may incur conversion charges imposed by their issuing bank; e2det is not responsible for such charges.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

e2det is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. The platform reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Players engaging in suspicious transaction patterns may have their accounts suspended and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

Bonus offers and promotional rewards on e2det are available to eligible registered players unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only. Existing players may be eligible for reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions as published on the platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by e2det are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are detailed in the specific bonus terms and conditions. Players must complete the specified wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

e2det operates zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting loopholes in promotion mechanics, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering volume constitute bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, e2det reserves the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account or accounts.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

e2det reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect promotions that a player has already validly accepted and is actively participating in, subject to the bonus abuse provisions above.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on e2det are sourced from certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates on independently verified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, uses physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by trained human dealers under studio supervision.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on e2det are subject to acceptance by the platform. e2det reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including in cases where a system error, pricing discrepancy, or technical fault has resulted in clearly erroneous odds or game outcomes being displayed.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event that a player experiences an internet disconnection during an active game round, e2det's system will complete the round according to the game's rules engine. 6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, e2det's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these Terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

e2det is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a suite of player-controlled tools designed to support healthy gaming habits, including:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session time-outs: Players may activate session duration reminders and mandatory breaks.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2det platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, game staff, or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity intended to influence the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction associated with criminal activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any e2det platform software.
• Using the platform on behalf of, or with funds belonging to, any third party without explicit authorisation.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening e2det staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the e2det platform — including but not limited to the e2det brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of e2det or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any e2det content without prior written consent.
• Using the e2det brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies an endorsement or partnership not authorised by e2det.
• Creating derivative works based on e2det platform content or game interfaces.
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining the platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Any unauthorised use of e2det's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by e2det.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e2det and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from technical faults, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond e2det's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that proves to be inaccurate or out of date.
• Delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits e2det's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The e2det platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by e2det is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on e2det, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

e2det uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and data transmission channels to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for the legitimate operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors for the purpose of completing transactions — or where required by law.

12 Amendments

e2det reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — e2det will notify registered players via on-platform notification or email to the registered address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Minor changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by law or regulation, may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available at e2det.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent revision was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Terms & Disputes

13.1 Contact for Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the e2det platform — including a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus calculation, or an account decision — you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) and aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days.

13.2 Finality of Platform Decisions

In relation to disputes over game outcomes, e2det's recorded game logs and server-side data constitute the definitive record of what occurred during a game session. In the event of a discrepancy between what was displayed on a player's device and the server-side record, the server-side record will govern.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and e2det in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
